Dawn was a miracle worker for us! We live in Michigan and she sold our Florida condo in 90 days (Even during COVID-19)!! She went above and beyond her real estate duties to list, show and even clean out the condo for us. She is professional and efficient in her communications and highly motivated. She is so kind, honest and truly looks out for her clients! I wish I had another home to sell so that I could continue to work with her!

When I inherited a Florida home in 2020, I was fortunate to find Dawn Driver. Dawn is familiar with the area as well as the long process for property to get through Probate. Being a Seller from Massachusetts who was unfamiliar with the Florida home, she quickly became my trusted ally in the process. I have never seen someone work as hard and dilligently as Dawn did for my mother in law. She went above and beyond of what is expected of an agent. In my opinion, Dawn did not make enough money for all the work she did. If I ever buy or sell a house anywhere near Dawn, i will be using her services.

Dawn is the cream of the crop when it comes to realtors. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in North Port and surrounding areas. Also, after listening to my concerns and preferences, she went the extra mile to find properties that were very much what I was looking for and within my budget. And to put the icing on the cake, she worked with the title company to get my house closed within record time. Any seller or buyer looking for a realtor would find Dawn to be a great choice.
